Facility Overview
"RANGYOKUZUI Yu Rui" is the venue created when SUMMIT HALL, the main conference room on the 4th floor of SEAGAIA CONVENTION CENTER, is divided into two-thirds of its original size.
With a spacious area of 1,759 square meters, this multi-purpose space can accommodate a variety of uses, including large-scale receptions, conferences, exhibitions, and training sessions.
The maximum capacity can be flexibly adjusted to suit the layout, with options including dinner style (900 people), standing buffet (2,500 people), seated buffet (1,300 people), theater style (2,300 people), and school style (1,200 people).
With a proven track record of hosting Kyushu regional conventions and various association training sessions, this venue is ideal for large-scale business events.
The "SUMMIT HALL" can be divided into 1/5, 1/3, 2/3, or full use, depending on the scale and purpose of the event.

This space can be used as a reception, waiting area, and networking space for MICE events such as international conferences, academic meetings, corporate events, and exhibitions. The spacious area supports interaction among attendees and facilitates the smooth running of business events.
Car lift
We have a car lift capable of carrying up to 6,000 kg. Large equipment (including display vehicles) can be brought in to each floor.
